With a diverse background in public diplomacy, cybersecurity, and art, Judy has built a career distinguished by global outreach and impactful projects. Since 2018, she has worked at the University of Southern California’s Annenberg Center in Washington D.C., where she leads the organization of international programs such as the Africa-U.S. Initiative, the Election Cybersecurity Initiative (ECI), Public Diplomacy Forums and high-profile roundtables featuring diplomats, policymakers, and academics. In 2024, she has become a board member at the Public Diplomacy Council of America, an association of professionals and scholars, to promote excellence in the professional practice, academic study, and advocacy for public diplomacy.
Her prior roles include coordinating high-level summits as Retreat Program Coordinator at The Annenberg Foundation Trust at Sunnylands and serving as a Meet America Program Fellow at Global Ties U.S.
Judy holds a Master of Public Diplomacy (2018) and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History (2014) from the University of Southern California, both with a GPA of 4.0, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of New South Wales, Sydney.
